This website serves as a portal to your child's success! By acquiring an account through ParentConnection, you will be able to view your child(ren)'s grades and attendance. This is only available for students in grades 1 through 12 since it is only in those grades that teachers use the GradeSpeed program. 

The application process is easy. You will need:

• Your home address and phone number
• A password (at least 6 digits)
• Child's student ID number
  (located on report cards and progress reports)
• Child's last 4 digits of their social security number
• Child's birthday
• Your email address

Parents: You can add multiple students to one account. Please limit the number of accounts to 1 per household.

After you complete the application, please allow a few days for the application to be approved.
You will receive an email confirming your active account.

Questions concerning a pending account or adding a student to the account needs to be directed to the campus.

If you have difficulties accessing the site or need technical assistance not related to pending accounts, please contact the Technology Department Help Desk at 210-832-5780.

Questions concerning your child’s grades need to be directed to the teacher.

Grades that appear on ParentConnection are as current as the teacher's electronic gradebook. Please allow adequate time for teachers to grade papers and enter the grades into the system. Remember, teachers have the full-time job of teaching, planning, collaborating, meeting, and assessing student work.

It is reasonable to expect the following timeline for grades to appear:
Daily assignments: 4-7 school days after the due date
Tests: 4-7 school days from the due date
Projects and written papers: 10 school days
Secondary (grades 6-12) writing assignments may take up to 14 school days.
