| PROGRAM:Summer at Heights is an enrichment program designed for boys and girls ages five and older. (Note: To be eligible for enrollment in any class, a student must be five years of age as of Sept. 1, 2010.) No exceptions will be made. Enrichment courses provide excellent opportunities for students to experience new adventures, expand existing horizons, arouse curiosity, exchange ideas and products, and stimulate creativity and imagination. Classes will be taught by some of San Antonio’s leading artists, educators and professionals. |

COURSE DATES AND LOCATION:Courses will be offered from June 14-July 2. The weeklong sessions will be held each Monday through Friday with the majority of courses being held at:

REGISTRATION: Early
registration is advised as all classes have a limited enrollment.
Completed registration
forms are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment in full must accompany each registration. Additional forms may be picked up at tthe AHISD Administration Building, 7101 Broadway or printed. Forms with payment may be dropped off at Central Office, 7101 Broadway, or mailed. DO NOT drop off at participating campuses. A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $15 per student, per summer is due upon enrollment. A family discount of $7.50 will be given for the 3rd and consecutive siblings enrolled in the program. |

| PICNIC STYLE LUNCH:For an additional $20/student per week, staff members will serve a nutritious sack lunch at 11:30 a.m. each day. All FULL DAY participants must participate in the picnic lunch or bring a sack lunch and a drink. The lunch fee is due at the time of enrollment. Noon care/lunch is available for full-day participants only. | ||||||
| CANCELLATION:Registration may be cancelled and full tuition refunded FOUR WEEKS prior to the class. No refunds will be given with less than four weeks notice unless the enrollment is filled. If a class is cancelled by the Summer at Heights Program for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment), the tuition and registration fee may be transferred to another class or refunded in full. Parents will be notified of such cancellations the week prior to the class. If a class is cancelled due to conditions beyond our control (e.g. fire, weather), no refunds will be given. | ||||||
